Zia helped me out at the counter, and honestly, the guy is fantastic. Super patient, knows the catalog inside out, and made sure I got the exact parts I needed without any hassle. He double-checked fitment, gave me a couple of helpful suggestions based on my vehicle, and kept a friendly attitude the whole time.
Been coming to Lordco for twenty years now. Have only had good experiences here and at their old location on gnw. Zia is a really good Lordco rep. Funny enough five years ago, I just wanted to compare prices for shocks and struts for my older Toyota. He was really calm and showed me a good price and I somehow left with the shocks the same day.
