I usually go to this place to buy parts and i normally meet George when ever i go. He is a super awsome guy. Very energetic friendly and professional. Also very helpful with any question, returns or whatever.. I would shop from them anytime no doubts.
I do my shoppings at your stores everywhere i go. Today, i have the worst customer service from Cordova Branch. I asked for a box to put on my purchases, that young long hair dude too lazy to helped me, told me staright face that there is no more empty box. Good thing the guy(in eye glasses) who helped me originally, get out of his way to find box for my stuff. The cocky attitude for the young one, is not acceptable. Send him to tim hortons so he can learn customer service.
We were there yesterday and we get our things done so quickly. Zia was there and he did such an amazing service to us. It didn’t even take him long time to sort out things and get our work done. Thank you Lordco and thank you Zia, this branch will be our forever branch
