Went to Lordco today to pick up a special order part. Part required was perfect Salesman 7290 and cashier 5745 were very helpful and professional. I asked for a few boxes and got four of the perfect size, and salesman 7290 even helped carry them to my truck. What an awesome experience.
Great location and friendly stuff, Jorge an awesome worker with great customer service, he went over and beyond.
I come here often and usually have no issues. I came in recently and was helped by a girl who works there. She has no idea what she is doing or talking about. She was telling me I was wrong about my car model and asked me to get my insurance. It read on the insurance what it was and she still said no that’s not what it is and told me to buy the wrong thing. I double checked with another location and said she was wrong. Please train your staff better.
