Was told they are not allowed to borrow a tool to quickly change a battery. They have never had a problem in the past. Service is slipping
I think this place is short staffed and unfortunately the staff they do have are not very good. Stood at the parts counter for 10 minutes, there are about 10 stations and there was one guy on the telephone. This disheveled kid with a scruffy patchy beard comes from the back texting on his telephone. No acknowledgement no nothing and then he finally asks me what I want with his head down. Super helpful staff and has always had the parts I needed when I showed up.
These guys always pull through for me... very knowledgable and friendly staff... good fair pricing...
