Very unprofessional staff, not even ready to listen what we need. Even after mentioning the part and Brand clearly, they made me wander around their Aldergorove Shop from Abbotsford. The guy at Abbotsford said they don't have the parts which i asked for with them and had called and confirmed its there at there Aldergorove store, when i reached Aldergorove, they said he had informed them something else and they don't have what am looking for. Really disappointed with the act by Abbotsford team,
A " next customer in line ' would make for a better customer experience.
They told me a part I ordered would come at a certain time, then it was another time, then not at all. Won't be going back
It is good that most of the time they have what I need. The staff are nice and friendly, I enjoy that. the prices however were higher than other Lordco location significantly. That is an issue that they have to address. They cannot charge a customer almost double the price of nearby locations.
