Very informative staff who take the time to do detailed research to get the right match, such as my recent need to cross reference an oil filter. My go to parts store.
The counter staff are a great bunch of professional, courteous folks. They helped me find the required parts for the brake job I needed to do and they had treats for my puppy dog! Thanks so much and will definitely shop here again !
They quoted only 1/2 my order so I called a different store and they had everything organized in a few minutes and emailed me the complete quote in less than 10 minutes
Sold me the wrong part and wouldn't exchange it for the right part when I returned it. The same employee who sold me the wrong part told me I needed a reciept, even though the part I returned was unopened and in the original packaging. Definitely going to Canadian Tire next time.
