Andrew was SO helpful, kind and patient. A product that was shown online wasn’t in store but he took my name and number and called me back once he found it. Excellent customer service, really went above and beyond..When I came to pickup the item he was closing alone and it was a bit busy and the phone was ringing. I watched him multitask all the customers with respect and acknowledgment, making for a really enjoyable experience. Was refreshing to receive great customer service!
If you’re a woman the staff would rather make small talk with random men in the store than help/acknowledge you/do customer service lol every time I’ve ever gone in
This is a great Lordco location the staff are knowledgeable helpful and hard working. Jack the manager is excellent and works hard for the customers and is supportive of his staff. I would recommend this parts location wholeheartedly. Powell river is lucky to have this store. Tom Johnson Powell River
