They are helpful, make sure I get the right parts, and on my last visit, the gentleman even put the wiper blades on for me, much appreciated!
Purchased a driveshaft that I was assured would fit , did not fit and had to pay more then driveshaft cost in labor at local shop … then had a hard time returning it . Was hoping manager would have helped out more with this situation.
I needed a specialty grease, only place i found in all of the Bulkley valley was lordco Smithers. Quite happy with the service.
