They refused to sell me parts because i came in 5 min before closing. I tried to get my part out 30 min before on call and they put me on hold till i reached there. I told them that i drove from hope about 1.5 hour to this location to get a part. They answered, come back tommorrow. Worse experience ever
Had great service when I visited
I’ve been to this location two times recently and had horrible experiences. The first time the older woman working the till refused to help me find a product, just simply pointing over to the aisle saying “look over there” rudely when I asked her to show me where it was. The second time my boyfriend and I needed help understanding a product, we asked for her advice and she told us “I can’t help you” in an aggressive tone and said “I can’t even search it up for you”.
