Ordered a pair of brake calipers for my pickup from the Qualicum location on a Thursday, was told that they had to come from Powell River and that they should be in store the following Tuesday. Tuesday came and went, 2 in store follow up vists to see what the issue was, just to be told both times "we'll call you when they arrive". Fed up, I called again on Friday (it's been 8 days now since ordered), to finally have someone take the time to dig into it, only to let me know that they haven't even left Powell River yet. DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Ive shopped here twice and the employees are completely unknowledgable and order the wrong parts every time or put them under the wrong phone number then refuse to return them just so they can charge you more money buyer beware if i could rate lower than 1 star i would
Had exactly what we were looking for, fast and friendly service.
My car started fritzing out on the way up from Nanaimo, and I got caught in qualicum! Mike, the older gentleman at the counter was incredibly helpful for me to gather the parts I needed, and even helped me in the parking lot after he got off work. I can’t thank him enough for his kindness and knowledge/support during a stressful time. Thank you so much again, Mike!!
