I came to buy a new engine air filter for my vehicle, with plans to MacGuyver a stripped and cross-threaded fastener on the cover for my air filter. I showed up with a 2 month old baby in my arms and zero clue what to do, but fully convinced I could handle everything myself Staff insisted on finding me the replacement parts, spent 20 minutes sweating and wrestling with the cover, replaced my air filter, and took the old one (it was so gross, haha) and all packaging for proper disposal.
