A brand new cheaply made JET 21m combination wrench had sharp chisel-like edges and cut a deep 1" gash on my palm right through my glove. They admitted it was dangerously faulty, but could only offer me another cheap JET brand replacement and would not refund me. I have been a loyal customer and spent thousands with them over the last 25 years. Battery was dead when I went to town this morning, I jumped it and fortunately parked in front of Lordco where my truck wouldn't start again. The whole crew was awesome in helping me get the new battery swapped out in the parking lot. Thanks guys!
