usually my go to place for parts but not anymore. I got my part from the back counter but still needed brake cleaner. 10 minutes before closing they turned off ALL the lights, shut off the music and stood by the door staring at me waiting. No one even offered help to find what i was looking for. Incredibly rude to do to a paying customer with no warning whatsoever. We still had 10 minutes until they closed and ended up just leaving instead of purchasing anything because of how unprofessional and rude the staff was
Excellent
One of the better Lordco's in the lower mainland. Never too busy and rarely have to wait for help. Langley's Lordco is always a wait on the phone and in person. Cloverdale's Lordco is great and much more friendly too!
