My local store is the West Kelowna, BC location. The counter staff at this store is excellent. They are extremely knowledgeable and will spend the time asking the pertinent questions to ensure you receive the correct part for your application. The cashiers are friendly and always greet me when I walk through the door - I think everyone is truly happy to be working here, that is a credit to how the management is running the store. Excellent staff, Anna Saprunoff was very helpfull. Was in a bind and got me sorted right away. Highly recommend their west Bank location
