Everytime I call they put me on hold forever, at this point they should tell people they are too busy to answer the phone, or not answer the phone at all this is frustrating
All of the staff was super helpful and the price of everything is quite reasonable. I am very happy. I went in nervous, anxious but left a very happy customer. I'll definitely be back Update : had a tonneau cover break... Had warranty.. wanted something around the same price, was assured it would be in the same price range. Show up, it's $800 more than my current one, staff didn't know I was coming in, no follow up call. Disappointing. Initial visit was Great but after was not fun.
LORDCO OVERALL IS PRETTY GOOD. BUT THEIR WEEKEND SERVICE SUCKS! IN STORE LINE UPS ARE LONG AND SLOW, AND YOU WILL HOLD ON THE PHONE FOREVER... DON'T GET ME WRONG, THE STAFF ARE GREAT! MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO GET THEIR SCHEDULING FIGURED OUT...
