I’m sorry the store has to suffer due to one person but I can’t take it anymore, the old guy at the counter needs to retire, it’s clear he doesn’t want to be there by him answering “calls” to avoid talking to customers, making out going calls while customers are waiting, organizing and dusting his keyboard between every customer regardless of how may people are waiting, refusing to look up parts because “we don’t use that part number” or “im not going to waste my time looking something up because I know better”god forbid you... read more
Waited over 15 minutes staring at 3 employees just taking phone calls and one customer at the counter the whole time and zero acknowledgement from any staff .

I had to get replacement windshield wiper blades for a newly purchased vehicle. The gentleman at the front counter was helpful getting me the exact blades I needed. After trying and fumbling to install them for 10 minutes, I came back inside after I broke one of them. The two gentlemen (at the front counter) were very helpful. They helped me to install my wiper blades. Thank you for your professional service!! (Sunday morning on Jan 18). Hopefully the boss gives them a raise.
Very incompetent, ordered drive shaft seals for a very common ford escape. Got wrong seals twice. Now the car is apart. And the staff paying dumb.
