As someone who was not in LORDCO for a car related purchase, I wish I hadn’t forgotten to grab his name but I was so bamboozled by his product knowledge and kind demeanour, it slipped my mind! I bought an alternator they said that it was 300 so I come in to buy it they charged me 500 and said thats the core fee. They said if I bring it back I would save 150 to 180 so I swapped them and brought it back and they only gave me 100 back so I was charged 400 with taxes while I was told it was around 350
