I waited over 5 months for a special order. It got received in Parksville before getting sent to my store. Then was told that they either lost it or sold it to someone else. I was given a that’s unfortunate and told to get a refund. Very poor service from both locations. Will never do a special order again after finding out from staff comments that this is a common issue.
The cashier Sarah, was super rude and talking aggressive, I’m a regular with lordco and I do not appreciate her attitude. Everytime I go there she seems like doesn’t want to work there. I hope someone could talk to her about her performance and customer service because something needs to change.
