I was in desperate need of a 5/16" sphere either of very high quality plastic or from rust proof steel with a mirror smooth finish. I showed up two minutes before closing and the associate found an SKF ball bearing for me that in fact had nine 5/16" balls within that were all a perfect fit! When I got home shortly after I cut the outer race off with an angle grinder and was able to retrieve seven perfect fitting chrome finish steel balls! What a hook-up, wow now that's service!
Always have what l need
Needed a new battery in the car fob. The cashier popped the fob open and replaced it right there for me. That's going the extra mile in customer service!
I have mixed feelings on this place. Not that it's a feeling based place..but half the staff was great and very helpful the man who helped me find what i was looking for, and the lady at the till at the front end.. I decided it was time to start doing oil changes myself, after experiencing an oil leak after having my vehicle serviced at Canadian tire and hearing another story about ‘Great’ Canadian Oil change where they caused damage and not admitted their mistake. When l visited Lordco Parksville l was helped in an excellent way by Mike, who happened to own vehicles with similar engines to mine.
