Helpful staff, not busy
Even though I could order online in minutes I decided to show support for local company. So I called in about small block Chevy aluminum intake. Employee on the phone told me I needed to come in. They couldn't give me any details on what they carried over the phone. I'd have to look through the catalog.... So I waited. Came in a week later. Requested what they had for aluminum intakes at the counter after 5 minutes typing on the computer. Horrible service, both times we have been there, the first time we went the parts guy was so high he was totally useless, next time we went there the parts guy wasn't high but once again useless and very unknowlagable. Went to Napa in Chetwynd the 20 something year old girl worked circles around the parts guy from lordco, she was able to find and order everything I needed I was amazed. Don't waste your time at lordco unless you know exactly what you need
