I must say that 99% of the staff in this store historically are just phenomenal with the exception of 1 person who I am referring to is an outside sales person, she is very old heavyset long gray In a black sierra truck. I had such a great experience at Lordco thanks to Joanna. After going to several other places and getting nowhere, she stepped in and immediately did everything she could to help me. She even came outside to personally check and test the wheel locks on my car, which I greatly appreciated. On top of that, she managed to source exhaust parts that I haven’t been able to find anywhere else. Her effort, knowledge, and willingness to go above and beyond made a huge difference. I had to buy a wheel stud and nut for my car. Before going to the store, I checked their website to make sure they had it. The nut price on the website was $2.50 each, but the salesman ended up charging me $12 for the same nut. I spoke to a cashier about this issue, and they informed me that I had been charged for a different nut (yes, with the same model number and barcode as the one on their website). I had an abysmal customer experience at this Lordco location. There were six people working and two customers, including me. I spent five minutes having everyone pretend I didn’t exist, while they either typed away on computers or held phones on their shoulders without talking. When I couldn’t be ignored anymore, one staff member asked what I needed. I said touch up paint.
