They didn't have everything I needed bit the staff was friendly. The staff were polite and tried to find an item I needed. The store was clean and inviting. You will need to bring your own bag though. I think they told me they ran out. Overall a good experience
Worst customer service ever!! I am not sure if the person at the front counter was racist or just very rude. This person was very rude at the time of purchase on Aug 18 around 2.30pm. I went there to return the brand-new product after 20 mins of the purchase. He tried his best to show me his attitude. I ended up getting the same product from Canadian Tire due to Lordco’s pathetic customer service. His pathetic behaviour was the only reason I returned the product. I will never go back to Lordco.
I've been dealing with Lordco since the first store in Maple Ridge. And now they're just a bunch of scammers. I had an account there for over 30 years. Supposedly you get the best discounts and I could buy the stuff at other places with no discount. 30 plus years buying their product. That turned into a money hungry monopoly.
The staff is incompetent. If you’ve ever had employees at Home Depot try dodging you when they sense help is needed, it’s kind of something to witness that very same thing, but in 1/100ths of the space. Just pathetic.
