I'd rather pay a little more at Lordco and get quality choices rather than going to the mass auto outlet with shelves full of cheap stuff that doesn't work.
Zero starts for the record. I went here looking for an oil filter gasket and the very rude guy says to me “you need to buy the whole oil filter, they don’t sell the gasket” then proceeds to look at me like I totally inconvenienced him in the completely empty store. I can see why this place wasn’t busy at all. Spare the grief and go to Canadian Tire, Alder Auto Parts, or even the dealership.
These guys are top notch in my books..they have always been helpful and are a great bunch
Easy and friendly
First off a big THANK YOU to Ryan at this location in Pitt Meadows. I was there today to pick up a car part that he ordered within an hour from me placing - Ryan and another guy who’s name I didn’t check (he had nice long hair) helped me out as my car wouldn’t start after - we figured out and all was good! Loved the great customer service, soft- spoken staff and knowledgeable about stuff they sold. 10/10
