I had an outstanding experience at Lordco in Cranbrook, BC! The price difference between this place and dealership prices is incredible—you get great quality parts without the steep markup. I was in the store 10 mins before closing. I got my parts and was back out in my truck 3 mins before closing. The cashier tried to refuse my cash because after she saw me come in, she proceeded to cash out before closing and before all customers were gone. She then had a hissy fit, and tried to guilt me because she had to recount the money in the register. I told her I would give her exact change to make it easier for her and then she could just easily add it to her tally and she complained to me even more. The employee I wa... read more
Terrible service
Mark Fatum came through at the best possible time when i was thoroughly down for the count. It was an after hours call and he stepped up and got me my parts. I offered a 100.00 after hours callout fee but he graciously turned it down. I write this review to really emphasize how good LORDCO is. It might not be perfect for everyone, but when it counts, they really are there for their customers. Well done Mark, and thanks for saving my bacon.
Horribly overpriced and slow to get anything done. Much easier, orders of magnitude cheaper and less stressful to order online or with Rockauto.
