Can't remember the guy's name (very short hair, glasses ). He was awesome. Never in my life had that great service before. He helped me even showing me a youtube video about the transmission fluid problem i had. I came all the way from Abbotsford to visit my dad. I still have a transmission problem on my van but pretty sure thanks to that I made it back home.
The staff at the Trail store go above and beyond for customers. We were heading out of town for the long weekend and my RV power cord was too short for my sons truck and they had no extensions at the store, Joel and staff went above and beyond to get the parts and the products needed to make our own extension. Even lending us the tool to be able to make it!!! Great Customer Service!! You get a 10 from us!!!
Decent store with staff lacking a bit in car knowledge but they make up for it by working hard to get you a good deal and willingness to explore other options to get you the best discount
