I cannot say enough good things about the true human beings that work at lordco Kimberly. I experienced a road side failure of a worn wheel bearing. After limping into town after they confirmed replacement parts availability, I was met by the two kindest and compassionate service reps I think any parts technicians in my history of wrenching (19 years in auto heavy on and off road mechanics) that's saying a lot.
