Cancelled an order on October 24th. Received confirmation of cancelled order and as of today I have still not received my refund. Multiple attempts to resolve. So frustrating to not be able to talk to anyone

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased a bathing suit from Lord & Taylor on 5/29/23. The bathing suit was more than I normally spend on a bathing suit but read the reviews and it seemed worth it.
