The staff are very friendly and you do not have to wait very long at all. The office is very beautiful and they are very friendly in helping you to pick out the perfect frames.

My husband and my self went to get our eyes checked. Everyone was nice and helpful. Even when with a referral to an MD , including making the appointment and driving directions. My glasses are top of the line. So I can recommend others to go there for your eye checks. They are timely with appointment, very nice, and explain everything.

The doctor, Duncan Smith and the entire staff ( from the front desk receptionist who greeted me the moment I entered the facility, to the young lady that did all of my diagnostic testing ( she was very professional, explained everything that she was doing and sanitized every piece of equipment that was used prior to guiding me to the examination room to the post exam staff who courteously completed the invoice for services rendered. My wife had lens replaced in her old glasses, was happy. So I decided to Try the Center,went online printed off the welcome form. Carried it with me to make an appointment, walked in was instantly waited on.Got appointment.( 2) days.Walk in for appoint.saw Dr. Smith, through eye exam carried my old glasses to put new lens in, no problem.All my needs took care of timely manner. the staff there are the most loving and caring people you ever meet. right when you walk in the door they make you feel so welcome. we have an autistic 4 year old daughter we love them they were so caring and understanding. they did a fabulous job in accommodating her and making her feel so comfortable and comfortable. doctor Smith is a great doctor and I would recommend anybody and everybody to go to the lords eye center.
Dr. Smith s staff is top-notch: professional, courteous, and timely. I was able to get my glasses the same day, despite requiring special lenses for my bad eyes.
