I dont currently work for LES anymore but I do realize how good of a company it is. They offer great communication which is a huge advantage for customers, general contractors, and other trades in the field.
Lord Electrical Services installed a simple light fixture in my living room ceiling in November 2021. In November of 2022, the light fixture fell out of the ceiling. I've called and emailed multiple times with limited response. The one conversation I did have with Lord Electrical via phone (They have not responded to any of my emails), they told me that it had been more than a year so it was out of warranty.
