Unclear communication, extremely rude, came unprepared without proper equipment day 1, day 2 proceeded to run tests that destroyed several pieces of electrical equipment in my home. He asked for an additional fee for the second day of work after coming unprepared day 1 and I asked where to mail the check, he never responded. Months later I got summoned to small claims court. I'm still waiting on where to mail the check.
