I had Lord Built out for an estimate for several small projects. After receiving the estimate, we decided to move forward with half of them. A year or so later, we needed some more work done, so had them out for another estimate. Never received that estimate or any other communication from them, other than several emails asking for a review. So here it is. Of the two experiences I had with them, one was a 1 star, one was a 5 star. So they get the average of those.
Highly professional general contractor who delivers quality results. The team was efficient, communicative, and completed the work on time with impressive attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Jerry did a remodel for our office that came in on budget and completed the job on a very tight time schedule. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. I would highly recommend Lord Construction.
