BEWARE of these slumlords. Do NOT rent from Jay and Ruth Salazar as you will regret it. I made that mistake. I had to go to small claims court to retrieve deposit money that these crooks were unlawfully keeping. I had to do repairs and maintenance out of pocket because these slumlords wouldn't do it. I had to file complaint with code enforcement to get owners to replace 35 yes old roof whose shingles were falling off. Also had to pay $2800 to have house tented for termites.
