The painting job they did was great for our office. However, they sent us an invoice with a pay by date, a week later I reached out to get another job done and they were ignoring my calls/texts and I found out I was being ignored because the invoice wasn't paid yet. This is not the way a business to business service should work, the pay by date was still 2 weeks away at that point and our company has its own procedure with invoices.
