Lady behind desk was trying to refuse to let me and my father have any cash same day once I was finally able to have her get a manager after 10 minutes of her arguing with me, the manager had an equally bad attitude but gave me the 500$ they were trying to hold from me. The office lady ran to the window to flip me off from inside when I was leaving and once I went back and spoke to the manager who again essentially told me go away and wouldn’t even acknowledge that their employee was flipping me off through the window. Always fast and helpful which is why I continue to return here.
They pay better than Complete for metals, but I feel as though sometimes they put the aluminum as "tin" and pay less than aluminum weight value. Also, the big scale always teeters a difference of 20 lbs and ends up on the low end. Meaning, they can get you for 20 lbs of steel. Mark is the Saving Grace of this place. Awesome dude.
They usually pay the best. The staff is pretty great and helpful. Also I'm not getting a flat tire wverytime I go there..... so they keep it pretty clean as well
