If I could give ZERO STARS I would Came in on July 20 and told them the A/C wasn’t working, they made appointment for July 30. Dropped off promptly at 8 am. After 4 phone calls to them and 2 messages, they call at 2:45pm to say they have a quote for the repair to be done later…entire day wasted with no repair and no A/C in the 100+ heat index. They could have let me know earlier in the day but I’m left STILL with no A/C…..
