The lack of communication turned me off & I was sent a screenshot of another Clients information via text (name ,number , email & what she’s being treated for) . Carelessly trying to make a point and didn’t even know what client they were in communication with . Definitely a violation of HIPPA & unprofessionalism.
First time here. I thought I had fibrosis and bought that. Turns out I don't have it, but they gave me a long massage anyway. They were very thorough in analyzing my body and making a plan. They removed some liquid from me. And helped me into my faja with foam. The ladies are all so pleasant. The location is very clean. 10/5 stars for me.
Was referred by another facility and it’s the Best massages in the area. 10/10 recommendation and would come back.
The service at Lorality is amazing! The staff makes you feel warm and welcomed. Everyone is so knowledgeable. Alejandra is so professional and gentle. She always gets the job done. Lorality is indeed the best post op care!
Love it here at lorality! They are the best. They take their time & actually care for you. They always want to make sure you get the best results possible. So glad I found them! Btw love me some Alejandra :) my fav!!
