a AWLFUL EXPERIENCE, I had a very disappointing experience at this post-op massage clinic. My first massage therapist repeatedly coughed on me during my appointment without covering her mouth, had noticeable body odor, the massage she gave me was weak and made comments that made me feel uncomfortable. Like she was waiting for any chance to make a dig at me. When I did not engage with the comment, I felt like she tried again to provoke a reaction. Amazing service from your first appointment. Each room is clean and has a calming aesthetic, you can actually feel so comfortable laying down on the bed. Her staff is A1, so helpful and very knowledgeable about each procedure. Thank you :)

Lorality is truly the best lymphatic drainage massage, body sculpting and post-op spa in NYC! The space is super clean and all the materials they used were brand new. Also loved the heated massage tables! The staff is so welcoming, kind, and knowledgeable about the body and the lymphatic system.
