Beware do not use this company! I promise it will be a disaster!! We closed on our house June 12 our home failed inspection for the septic money was left in escrow and lorh Escavating gave a quote and signed a contract with all of us to complete the job and Money was left in escrow for lorh. We now have to hire an attorney due to lorh not standing behind their word and a signed contract they are cowards who are avoiding our calls and will no longer get back to our realtor.
