Lorac made renting easy from start to finish. The move in and move out process are easy they give you great recommendations of people to use. Jovie handles all telephone calls and administration and gets back to you promptly, the maintenance men are always, courteous and friendly and our dogs absolutely loved Sean. He spoiled them. Tonya is so easy to work with! She's extremely knowledgeable on the entire home buying process! After my wife and I did a walk through of a few houses, we ended up getting sick with COVID. While we were in quarantine, Tonya made it possible for us to still view homes virtually. She's very resourceful and flexible to make sure you get what you want! Potential tenants and landlord please due your proper and due diligence when conducting any business with Lorac! Our experience wasn't worth the 1 star I was forced to give and it can all be avoided if you thoroughly read any contract and know your rights as tenant/landlord in VA. However, if you really want to avoid the headache, I suggest avoiding them overall and go with a more honest and reputable realty and property management company. Best of luck!
