Lyndi found it appropriate to message me from an unfamiliar email and the management team never followed up so I will leave my email as a review. As I have tried to deliver the key to the office without success and have gotten no follow up communication, I assume locks were changed and the prorated rent will only be applied to the 1st. I rarely leave Google reviews, but Lorac was awful. We were told that we were allowed to keep certain items that were left in the residence from the previous tenant, and if we did not want them, then the items would be thrown away. We elected to keep them, and when the end of our lease came, we took said items with us given we had permission to do so. Since Amanda left, the care for tenants went downhill. I had to get out, and Tonya, Sean, Lyndi, Jovey, and Carol are being horrible. Sean is Tonya’s husband and they clearly do not communicate about anything when it pertains to their rentals.
