Since Amanda left, the care for tenants went downhill. I had to get out, and Tonya, Sean, Lyndi, Jovey, and Carol are being horrible. Sean is Tonya’s husband and they clearly do not communicate about anything when it pertains to their rentals. This company is currently trying to bind a tenant into a lease, although the tenant has agreed to pay a penalty for early termination of the lease due to safety concerns (a non working oven, fire detector malfunction and drug activity in the building). The admin agent simply said that it's unacceptable to attempt to terminate early after giving parameters on how to do so. To not fix the items or address that fact that there is active drug dealing going on in the building is more than enough for the tenant to break the lease ... read more
Lorac made renting easy from start to finish. The move in and move out process are easy they give you great recommendations of people to use. Jovie handles all telephone calls and administration and gets back to you promptly, the maintenance men are always, courteous and friendly and our dogs absolutely loved Sean. He spoiled them. Maintenance requests are so easy.
