I was forced to quit Lexapro cold turkey after 5 years of use simply because her office neglected to refill my medication. A few days after my appointment I discovered I would need a refill of my Lexapro within the next week. I messaged her on the MyOchsner app requesting a refill and only got an automated response from the app and not her office. A caring, listening, personable and professional. From the moment you at the front desk to the end of scheduling appointments they are WONDERDUL!!!
Maybe this video app is not for everyone. I did not get to talk to a dr. Waites a hour but no dr. I tought that it would good for me because I work. But it did not work out that way. Maybe because it was a same day appointment? I donot know.
Everyone that works at Ochner is the best ! Dr. Natalie and Dr. Langefels are the best for over 27 years with the same Dr.Langefels . Thanks
