Missed a wrist fracture when seen in Urgent Care. Thank goodness it wasn't a scaphoid bone. That could have meant a lawsuit.
Excellent care. I felt that Lora Cork really listened to me and she definitely addressed all of my concerns.
It was very busy when I came late in the afternoon. My wait was over an hour. Everyone who helped me on her team were kind, friendly and patient. A testament to her leadership. Keep up the good work.
Friendly, knowledgeable, relatable. Would have liked more of an examination. I have been to 3 doctors for shoulder pain and they don't touch you to check anything.
