RecommendedDec. 2018 - Very relaxing! Nice facility Feb 2019 - Once again, they do not disappoint! Called in the morning as I had a horrible tension headache and stressed out. They got me in same day. I went a few minutes early and sat in the sauna and then had an incredible massage from Brittany. My headache was gone and I felt so relaxed. I seriously wish I could go every day.

Went to Brenda for Reiki Healing. Had never done it before so I didn't know what to expect. Brenda is very kind, knowledgeable and so comforting'. I left feeling amazing! I would recommend Brenda to anyone! I will be back!

Beautiful, relaxing! Where else in minot can you get a massage, facial , float in a salt float tank, take a sauna, and sit in a jacuzzi. Oh ya, and get your nails done and leave like you have been on vacation for a week?
