I've been visiting this barbershop occasionally since 2015 and even remember when the interior was red. Over time, the quality and professionalism have fallen off completely. I once left a ten-dollar tip for a barber named Rivaldo, only for him to ignore me on every visit thereafter. My fault for not researching and making an appointment online. I came in as a walkin and was never ackknowledged. After about 45 minutes another person walked in without an appointment and he was immediately seated. Not blaming the barbers they seem like a nice bunch of young guys who hopefully will develop the required skills to improve. 1. Acknowledge all who enter 2.
