Very respectable and slight sense of humor. Appointment went faster than expected. Worked with any issues that arose. Highly recommend!
Disgusting experience. Passive aggressive, gaslighting, mean, careless, twisted words.
Violated confidentiality multiple times, by giving away information about things said in meetings and personal information like appointment times and dates. When questioned about this his response was that he dosent keep detailed enough notes of who calls him. Asked highly inappropriate questions while the child was present. He lied multiple times about information and other issues. I would not trust a child alone with this man as a therapist. He had to be reminded of what questions were appropriate for an 8 year old.
I was a little nervous based on previous remarks, but I quickly changed my mind once we got there. Robert was to the point, started asking my son questions, and I was surprised he allowed me to stay in the room with my adult son. I was pleasantly surprised and really appreciated that. Robert has a dry sense of humor, which was just an added comfort for us and helped break the ice. We left there feeling comfortable, and know if we needed to, we would certainly be back.
