Amazing all around & highly recommended! Fast, friendly service & very knowledgeable staff/mechanics. I took my car here on a whim to get my tire patched after it was punctured by a screw. They were honest and took care of me immediately. I was in and out and able to get everything taken care of on my lunch break. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience at this shop was really uncomfortable. The work itself wasn’t the main issue it was the overall vibe and professionalism. The owner came across as very strange and made the interaction awkward from the start. Communication felt off, and instead of feeling confident about leaving my car there, I felt uneasy the whole time. The staff was super friendly and they fixed my tire very quickly. They were very honest about what was needed and didn’t try to upsell me on extra expenses.
Maria is the sweetest! I went in with 2 flat tires and she was upfront, said depending where the holes were they may not be able to patch them but luckily they could. Gave me a print out with the price for new tires when I'm ready to come back. The waiting area is really nice (offered me tea, coffee and water) and the bathroom was clean. Fast service, I was there appropriately 30 minutes. Highly recommend them!
