It was so unprofessional! Everytime I had an appt. which was 3 or 4×. As soon as I walked n the door the door the receptionist with tell me you have no appointment today. And I would have my card and the recording on the phone the day before to confirm my appointment so she let me go in Dr Ruben seemed very standoffish. Then she would reschedule my appointment a couple of times and repeated to do the same thing I would walk in and she would say you have no appointment. Then dr. Dr Lopez-Rubin and his nurse practitioner, Erica, always placed patients first. They treated their patients like they aware their family. Best providers in Ocala area.
Zero stars. He lost privileges to an assisted living facility. Poor medication management with family member causing major ramifications, in my opinion.
