Waiting 47 minutes for a scheduled EKG is unacceptable, especially when there were only two other patients in the office. I arrived on time for my appointment, yet both patients who arrived late were taken back before me while I continued to wait. I understand that delays can happen, but this office was not busy, and there was no communication or explanation for the excessive wait. Since the bad reviews stand out from front desk. The doctors are amazing. Can anyone tell me if things have brightend up in the office. I wish I could see my doctor again. But reviews still reflect it not changed
The doctor i supposed to see left early but instead of reschedule the appointment they offered me to see Dr Lopez. Staff and Dr Lopez were very polite, he asked me all the questions regarding my issue. Requested a referral for specialist right there. Im happy that my insurance referred this Dr for me.
Lunch hour they close the office from 12:30-1:30 it is now 1:39 doors are not open. Time is precious for some of us. Then I call front desk at 1:44 to see when they plan on opening doors. They open Once they get my name they want to reschedule my appointment because I was late unbelievable. I let them know they were late opening doors. This is my last visit. People do not waist your time.
Hanna carvers was a transitionall Dr I saw and I liked her a lot she is a very caring Dr. When I got out of the hospital she recommended Dr Lopez office I got a appointment for him to be my regular doctor I do like him I am very happy with this Dr and there colleagues I will keep going
