They need to learn how to close the tailgate on a truck when they have ANYTHING not secured in the truck bed. This guy's Igloo cooler full of ice flew out in front of me by the interstate close to the State Fair and he didn't even notice. I was flashing my lights and honking at him and he had no idea. I was finally able to get beside him. He was playing on his cell phone the whole time.
