I’d like to update my review for Lopez Entertainment. After speaking directly with Rudy, the owner, he truly went above and beyond to make everything right. I want to apologize for not reaching out to him firsthand before leaving my initial review. He handled the situation professionally and with great care and that meant a lot to us. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by Lopez Entertainment. After attending an event at Far West in March 2024, I was informed about a Tejano cruise and booked it through the agency. My husband and I paid a substantial deposit upfront, with the understanding that the balance would be paid in full by September 2024. Attended a quinceañera catered by Lopez Entertainment and was not impressed. They served the dinner a table at a time with the food and beverages not even served at the same time. We were thirsty and starving so we went to concessions to buy something to drink and when we got back they had skipped us. Only half of our party got to eat because we were told they only serve you if you're in your seat when they come by. Attended an event at Far West Event Center on New Years Eve, Rudy Lopez has transformed this club into a class style club, the venue is big, beautiful and dance floor is big. Thank you Mr Lopez
