My father is been patient for over 3 years with this practice and worst beyond negligent. My dad speak just spanish and all employees speak spanish and my dad dr lopez also speak spanish. My dad has been going for same symptoms stomach pain, Nausea, vomiting, diarrea etc. All he would give him was omeprezole and send him home and ask for follow up over and over. My dad is super healthy for his 78 years but this doctor could have sent him for poop test, h pylori test (year later he did) and even better referred him to gastroi... read more
unprofessional and rude.
This doctors office is the worst place ever. The doctors take their time and it take them forever to send out referrals. The front desk workers are very rude and will just hang up on you when you don't get a full complete answer. I would highly recommend other patients not to come here for those reasons.
Dr Lopez is a good doctor. Only issue I have is the actual clinic needs maintenance and to be upgraded. We may not be in fancy Scottsdale but I think the office can look more modern and upgraded.
