I hired them to fix a water leak around the chimney. They told me it would be warranted work. It took awhile to rain after they performed their repairs, but as soon as it started raining, the leak was still there. I contact them via text to let them know and to have the conversation documented. They asked me when it would be ok to come fix the problem, but after I let them know my availability, they became non responsive.
Their team was so great to work with! We had a leak on our metal roof that other companies said they fixed but the leaks kept returning. I'm so glad we called Lopez Construction instead this time! They fixed it quick - no more leaks! They also did a great job on the sheet rock and ceiling repairs. We will definitely be calling them for future projects. Thank you, Juan Lopez Construction!

Juan Lopez and crew just painted our house in thorndale They scraped the whole house - replaced rotten boards and painted in a week. They are all very friendly and courteous. They did anything we asked and went above and beyond to make us happy. The job was done fast and everything was done as expected.
