Mr Lopez helped me after an incident at Walmart. Walmart had given me a very hard time, while Mr Lopez kindly repaired my car only charging me the diagnostic portion of the bill, not the repair. This is the kind of mechanic you want, one that actually cares and has integrity. Another thing I really respect is that he's like an OG mechanic. He's not depending only on a computer to tell him what's wrong with the car. My incident at Walmart got me just to the right place for my car going forward.

I feel like I'm part of the Lopez family now!! Jackie and Mr. Lopez are so kind and patient. Jackie explained everything to me fully, completely, and then reexplained it again so I could understand. They were so helpful and trustworthy I brought my mother in law back the next day and had them fix her car up too. And if you thought Jackie was patient and helpful with me, she was doubly patient with my mother in law who had more questions and concerns then I realized.
