Pésima recepcionista, hola, buenos dias, no puede responder (muy poca capacidad en su desempeño), la respuesta vino de intrusas (tienes la Menopausia alterada) la otra a gritos ( Me esta atendiendo a mi !! ), no pueden responder ni hola, ni buenos dias. Luego llamo, pésima Manager ( Katty) no escucha la queja, es ella la que habla, no Ud que fue quien llamo, responde que sus reviews son buenos ( se los harán amistades y familia ??), no me escucho, me colgó el telefono dos veces, con lo cual me obligo ... read more
Dr. Lopez and Manuel, and his front office Staff Katia and Carla, and Zuly were Great. They treated us with Tremendous Love and Compassion. My Fur Baby Dog contracted a bad skin infection and Dr. Lopez and Manuel were Amazing and knowledgable. I hightly recommend this place. Five Stars *****
The service at this clinic is incredible. It is hard to find people nowadays who wants to do things from the heart and they definitely do. Dr. Lopez is an incredible human being and someone who cares for your dog and not just looking to make money. We have to put our beloved great Dane down after months of cancer suffering and the Doc was there form the heart. I will never forget the feeling of both of us carrying my 150lbs baby. Thank you Doc, God bless your team.
