Any gripes anybody could have about Loper are about the U.S. healthcare system realities that prevent a doctor, any doctor, from taking all the time in the world with a patient. So sure he's busy--you'll have to wait a little while (not inordinately long). And there's never a time he doesn't have every exam room filled with a patient ready to see him. Dr. Loper has always made his calendar flexible to see patients on an urgent need basis and ensures that any complaints or illnesses are carefully evaluated and treated accordingly. He is friendly and caring and always puts his patients first. I have truly appreciated his experience and wonderful demeanor.

Dr. Loper made it clear how lucky I was that he took me back as a patient since he doesn't like patients to leave. I left because he would not accept Medicare. I was there as a new patient for what is called a "Brown Bag" exam. He never asked the first question about medication nor why I was there. Looked at an MRI report and said I needed a pain management doctor. He never came back to the room. I had to call his nurse back to tell her why I was there and get a R/X.

Dr. Loper has been my primary care physician for over 20 years. He is energetic and easy to talk to. He takes the time necessary to understand your condition and is more than happy to explain his thoughts and recommendations.

I have known Dr. Loper as our family's physician for more than 20 years. I wish there were more stars to give him for the professional, compassionate care he renders to his patients. He is an excellent physician with top-notch diagnostic skills. I work as an RN, and his reputation among the physicians I work with is that he is a trusted, well respected member of the medical community. He is constantly involved in community activities to promote health and gives of his time.
