As other reviewers, i experienced very rude staff. Moreover, never before visitng DrLopatkin,was I blackmailed into paying upfront when facing an emergency situation: i.e. pay or suffer now. Not just was i blackmailed, i was also lied to about the procedure being covered by insurance. It's intentional and outright exploitation of patient's problems is mind boggling for a 'medical' practice

both my daughter and I received treatment by Dr. Lopatkin and his staff. We had nothing but the best treatment there and would not hesitate to recommend anyone to him. Very humble, sweet man who is quite competent and did beautiful work on us. Staff is very friendly, especially Jenny, hygienist and office manager. We are very grateful to them and the coworker who referred us there after a disastrous experience with another Ortho. Mind you, we travel almost 2 hrs from upstate just to be treated by Dr. Lopatkin. Enough said!

Dr Lopatkin has the rudest staff I have ever seen in a medical office. Moreover, the results are poor: the flaws that prompted the treatment were still there after the treatment was finished (which took 50% longer time that doctor estimated), and some of the teeth properties worsened. He is one of the cheaper orthodontists in the neighborhood, i hoped that since his practice is large , he is experienced enough, but no. You get what you pay for::: bad service and bad results.

My treatment was not succesful at all. Teeth never became straight and after I removed the braces I had too many spaces in between since they asked me to remove a tooth before the treatment.

My daughter is very comfortable coming to this office. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. Everything is explained to you before you proceed. The staff is understanding of anything you are going through and are very kind to you. I only have good things to say about this facility.

Excellent service in a friendly atmosphere. After I had treatment I brought my daughter and have had nothing to complain about. Treatment was as explaind and done ahead of time.

My overall experience at Lopatkin has been greatly altered by his administrative staff. They are rude, and they lie to you about appt. availablity. They are unprofessional and very rude, and will tell you there are no appointments available for 2 months if they do not "like" you. I know it sounds ridiculous, but this actually happened to my wife twice. On two occasions, she was told no appointments were open after 5pm for two months. I called 10 minutes later on both occasions and was able to make an appt. after 5pm for myse... read more

Office is closed half the time. Very inconvenient and rough with customers.

I have three beautiful results from Dr. Lopatkin work. I do recomend him without any hesitation
