I have placed orders with Looxi for several years, whatever has happened… I’m disappointed. I had a child back on Feb and I made an order bc I wanted to get myself some indie makeup to enjoy bc I missed it so much. I absolutely loved this company. But I placed an order on May 9, 2024 and herw it is August and nothing. Some sort of email or refund or something!!!! This is so disappointing
Would give 0 stars if I could. Complete FRAUD. This company stole my money. I had to file a dispute with my credit card that took months to resolve.
Terrible customer service.
