I'm writing to the owner here: I supported your brand for years. I bought every launch from 2020-2022 & then at the very least bought shades I knew I'd use from each launch after. The launch with big bang was absolutely INCREDIBLE. That collection is some of the most beautiful eyeshadow I have in my massive collection. I'm not sure what happened to the brand. I have placed orders with Looxi for several years, whatever has happened… I’m disappointed. I had a child back on Feb and I made an order bc I wanted to get myself some indie makeup to enjoy bc I missed it so much. I imagine the owner is having a really hard time rn but I’m going to be honest here, I had a very bad feeling about this sale from the jump bc their socials were abnormally sluggish and there was something very off about a lot of the pictures of the eyeshadows that were on sale (esp the numbered ones), they said t... read more

I absolutely loved this company. But I placed an order on May 9, 2024 and herw it is August and nothing. Some sort of email or refund or something!!!! This is so disappointing

Would give 0 stars if I could. Complete FRAUD. This company stole my money. I had to file a dispute with my credit card that took months to resolve.
