stop in the other day to get some spare parts for a bike i recently purchased. they have great people and price are good. I was able to get a few things i needed but the rest will need to be ordered. I have a small fat tire bike and they don't carry those in their stock. i will be going back for more spare parts they didn't have in stock. recommend this place for all your bike needs.

Had two flats on my wife's bike on the trail, but only one spare tube. Before I had the second one patched and back on the bike my wife had called and they offered to pick her up to fix it at their shop. Great shop, great owners with much knowledge and great history! We will definitely stop by each time we are in Grand Haven visiting!

Stopped in to inquire about ebikes. Jack was very helpful and knowledgeable. When I'm ready to buy, soon, i hope, I know where I'll be buying.
Jack saw me break down somewhere in Grand Haven. And before I knew it he was helping me load my bicycle into his station wagon to take it to his shop. They replace the broken part I needed and refused payment three different times that I offered.
